Coaches/Leaders/Competitors

 

 

敬请领队、选手留意以下特别通告

1、领队、选手报到

Competitors Number Collection

请领队、选手至少提前一天报到、领取比赛资料、选手背番号。

报到时间：8月17日至8月22日，每天10:00-17:00。

报到地点：上海体育馆西大厅。

携带资料：选手身份证明、缴费收条。

In the Lobby of West Gate, Shanghai Indoor Stadium   

10:00-17:00, Every Day from 17 August

 (with passport or ID and entry fee payment receipt)   

 

2、选手检录

Competitors Check-in & Recall

本次比赛设立两次检录流程。

1）检录区-1：位于上海体育馆北大厅；

2）检录区-2：检录-1之后，已经检录选手将由组委会工作人员带领进入体育馆西大厅检录区-2。

Competitors Check-in

All competitors are required to check in their Number for competition in RECALL ZONE-1, then RECALL ZONE-2 before into the dance floor.

3、化妆间、休息区、用餐区

Dress Room & Lunge & Dining

选择一：进入北大厅后，在左、右侧都有化妆间；

选择二：离开北大厅左侧50米的一号楼梯上二楼，设立了选手休息区和换衣间，设立了用餐区；用餐饮结束后请自助地把垃圾放在垃圾桶，感谢提供绿色的卫生环境！

在休息区有饮水机提供免费饮用水；二楼休息区的体育馆小卖部有饮料、饮用水出售。

Dress Room & Lunge & Dining

Option 1: The Dress Room can be found on the left and right side once entering North Hall of the Stadium.

Option 2: Dress Room & Lunge in 2nd floor of stadium, once you are out going from North Gate then left to the Stairway No. 1.

You can buy soft drink and water in the shop in Lunge on 2nd floor.

* Free drinking water will provided in the Rest Arena

* All Coaches & Competitors are required to enter with Pass

* Please clean up your space on your own after dining or drinking,thank you for kindly cooperation.

4、资格赛

Qualify Round 

由于报名人数众多，经黑池舞蹈节英国总部确认，本届活动组委会对组别S24 (U12女单拉丁舞三项）和组别S25（U10女单拉丁舞三项）在8月19日增加一个轮次的“资格赛”，通过此轮“资格赛”的名单将于当天在检录现场公布，有名单的选手将要继续参加8月20日的正赛，请通过了以上组别资格赛的选手注意保留背番号，用于第二天8月20日组别S24 和组别S25的正赛，敬请领队通知和相互知会。

Qualify Round

Category Event S24 （U12 GS Latin 3-Dance) & Event S25（U10 GS Latin 3-Dance) will be arranged one Qualify Round on 19 August, the qualify names list for following round will be present after the competition in RECALL ZONE-1 immediately, the following rounds will be held on 20 August. 

Please keep the same competitors number for following rounds on 20 August if the competitor's name in the list of qualify.

 

5、领队会议

Team Leaders Meeting

请各参赛队伍保证至少一位领队出席领队会议，并领取领队证和比赛赠券。

会议时间：8月18日下午16:00-17:30。

会议地点：上海体育馆二楼（一号观众楼上二楼）。

没有参加领队会议的代表队如有选手在检录出现问题，责任自负。

Team Leaders Meeting

Team leaders or coaches will be required to attend the Team Leaders Meeting on the 2^nd floor of the stadium 16:00-17:30 on 18 August, to collect Leader Pass and Tickets. 

The Meeting Venue is in the Dining Arena on the 2^nd floor in the Stadium by Stairway No.1 where is on the side of North Gate.

由于暑假天气炎热，敬请各领队、各家长为孩子们和参赛选手做好准备防暑降温，请各位人士保护好个人物品，注意出入行安全，领队们佩戴好领队出入证件。

请各位共同注意卫生、遵守公共秩序、相互礼让，为本次活动绿色行动、为孩子们作出模范的社会榜样。谢谢你们，并献上美好的祝愿！

Every one must beware of hot weather in Shanghai during the festival, and take good care of belonging. Leaders Pass & Competitors Pass are required for entering any RECALL ZONES.

No Smoking, no litter, and video filming is strictly prohibited, thank you for kindly cooperation, and the best wishes to all participants.
